The redesigned tool forks boasted several improvements over their OEM counterparts. Not only were they more resilient, but they also offered significant cost savings to the client. Considering the facility had two CNC machines, each equipped with 13 tools, the impact of this cost reduction was substantial.

While the OEM tool forks lasted a mere 3-6 months, TechTure Designs' redesigned parts surpassed all expectations, boasting a lifespan of over 3 years without failure. This remarkable improvement not only minimized downtime but also provided the client with peace of mind, knowing that their operations were more reliable and cost-effective than ever before.
