Recently, a millwork company in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) sought our expertise in developing check gauges for their door profiles. Armed with their CAD specifications, our team embarked on a journey to craft gauges that matched their exact needs. Little did we know, this collaboration would lead to a transformative success story.
In the initial application, our meticulously designed gauges uncovered a significant quality control issue: the manufactured doors deviated from the CAD drawings by a quarter-inch in Rail/Stile dimensions. Swiftly identifying the discrepancy, our team sprang into action, implementing the necessary changes to rectify the error. The result?
